AMCU allowed "Kovalska" to acquire the transport company "Winter Cargo"

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine gave permission to a company from the "Kovalska" group to purchase the "Winter Cargo" transport company. This is reported on the AMKU website, writes minfin.com.ua.

"Kovalska Syrovyna LLC has been granted permission to purchase a share in the authorized capital of Winter Cargo LLC, which ensures an excess of 50 percent of the votes in the company's highest management body," the message reads.

According to YouControl, the main activity of "Winter Cargo" is river freight transport, other activities are non-specialized wholesale trade, road freight transport and warehousing.

The owner of the LLC is the closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund "Skyfall", and the final beneficiaries are Anna and Karina Zlochevsky, the daughters of the former Minister of Ecology.
