Dragon Capital invests in residential real estate in Lviv

According to Tomasz Fiala, the companies agreed to invest in one residential complex from Viking Development. "This is our first project in the segment of residential real estate in Lviv," he adds.

At the moment, Viking Development has three residential complexes in its portfolio. Only the multifunctional complex Viking Park (office center and eight residential buildings), located in the Sykhiv district, was fully built and put into operation in 2023.

The construction of the Viking Park residential complex cost Viking Development at least $30 million, estimates the owner of City Development Solutions, Roman Gerasymchuk.

Dragon Capital and Viking Development have been partners since 2019. "Then, together with them, we built the A-class Viking business center with an area of ​​18 square meters. m," says Fiala.

"Following the construction of the Viking Office Center, we looked for further co-investment opportunities with Viking Development," says Fiala. Lviv was chosen because it is a strategically important region due to its location, population growth and demand for affordable housing. "Lviv is the second regional center after Kyiv in terms of the volume of our investments," he adds.
