The press service of the company noted that the premises of the closed warehouse can accommodate up to 35 tons of raw materials and are intended for the storage of excess iron ore concentrate produced at the DZF.

Ferrexpo added that in the conditions of complicated logistics caused by a full-scale invasion, this warehouse helps the company to regulate the planned volumes of production and supply of products to international customers.

According to Ihor Vedmyd, the head of the DZF of Poltava GZK, earlier, when there was an excess of produced concentrate, the management was forced to stop one of the sections of the factory, because there was nowhere to store the excess raw materials.
