Finnish fast food chain Hesburger launches cutlet production and warehouse center in Boryspil

As noted in the Finnish company, this project will help the company develop in Ukraine and improve its work. The new complex will create 10 jobs, while in total Hesburger employs 75 people in Ukraine, writes inventure.com.ua.

Hesburger CEO in Ukraine Wanda Zamecka-Bergedal stressed that construction was interrupted twice, which significantly delayed the completion of the project. The company said that they plan to expand the network in Ukraine this year, but above all they want peace in the country.

Finnish chain Hesburger, founded in 1966 by Geikki Salmela and his wife Kirsti Salmela, started its fast food business in the city of Naantali. This family business with more than 50 years of history now operates in nine countries with more than 480 restaurants: 269 in Finland, 64 in Lithuania, 53 in Estonia, 53 in Latvia, 32 in Bulgaria, 2 in Germany and 1 in Poland. In Ukraine, the company operates seven establishments in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

In Finland, Hesburger employs over 6 people, and the network has over 000 employees in total.
