SE "Rivnetorf" specializes in the production of peat semi-briquettes, as well as fuel milled peat for composts. The production volume of the enterprise is 60-80 thousand tons of briquettes per year.
In addition, the object of privatization has a special permit for the use of subsoil with a validity period of 40 years (registration number 2201, dated March 30.03.2000, XNUMX).
"Rivnetorf" is an active enterprise that needs investment. For all 60 years of its existence, it has not been modernized and has high wear and tear of fixed assets. A private owner will be able to increase the profitability of the business by investing in the development of the enterprise," says Vladyslav Danylishyn, director of the Department of Privatization of the FSMU.
Also, FSMU notes that the enterprise is not strategic for the energy industry of Ukraine, since the total share of peat fuel in the energy balance of the country according to the latest data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine is at the level of 0,028%.
The main disadvantages of this type of fuel are lower energy caloric value than coal and difficulties in burning due to high moisture content (up to 65%). On the other hand, peat fuel is quite popular among private farms at the regional level, so FDMU expects some competition at auctions.
"In general, the facility includes 114 units of real estate (production, warehouse, administrative premises, etc.) with a total area of 16 square meters. 969,90 people work at the enterprise, and 175 units of special equipment and transport are on the balance sheet," the report says.
We will remind:
The Cabinet of Ministers transferred the state share of the capital's Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment center to the State Property Fund.
As of January 1, 2023, the Ukrainian state owned 3 state-owned companies.
