Kyivstar buys Uklon — Forbes

The Antimonopoly Committee has received an application for the purchase of the Uklon taxi service from the largest telecom company in Ukraine, Kyivstar. This is stated in the material of Forbes Ukraine, reports minfin.com.ua.

Thus, in December 2024, the AMCU received applications from Kyivstar to acquire the Ukrainian LLC Tech Uklon, Uklon Corporate, Uklon Ukraine, and the Cypriot UKLON LTD, according to the Committee's response to the publication's request.

The AMCU received an application for permission from Kyivstar to acquire control (through Uklon Corporate LLC) over the assets of Uklon Ukraine, which provide ride-hailing, delivery, and online advertising activities, the response states.

Forbes Ukraine estimated the current price of the company and it could be $40−80 million.
