In the rest of the countries where Novaya Poshta branches have opened, they have not yet managed to break even. This is partly due to the restriction of the National Bank, due to which Nova Post cannot withdraw funds earned here from Ukraine.

Therefore, it is possible to replenish currency reserves in Europe only with funds that the company earned in Europe.
As of August 2024, Nova Post is present on the markets of 15 countries. By September of this year, the company planned to enter the markets of 18 countries.

At the same time, Nova Post has not changed its plans to expand to international markets.

"We're not just following the previously planned plan, we're changing it, adding something new," Lysovets, the CEO of Nova Post Europe, assures.

By the end of 2024, the company plans to open 40 more branches abroad. Among the new markets are the Austrian and the Netherlands.

The company has slightly changed its approach to international expansion. Thus, the presence is expanded with the help of new branches in already open countries. In addition, a new format will be tested - entering the country without physical presence.

"Only with address service and using a network of partners — post machines and other service points," Oleksandr Lysovets says.
