Swedish-Ukrainian software developer Sigma Software acquires American IT company A Society Group

According to CEO Valeriy Krasovsky, the acquisition will contribute to closer cooperation with clients and strengthen the company's position as a reliable partner in the face of geopolitical changes and the growing need for business sustainability.
Over more than 20 years, Kharkiv-based Eclipse Software Programming has transformed into the international Sigma Software with offices in 19 countries, including Hungary, Romania, and Brazil. “The presence of offices allows us to start projects for clients with lower risks, but the priority is development in Ukraine,” said Valeriy Krasovsky.
In 2023, Sigma Software entered the top 100 IT service companies according to the IAOP rating, along with Ukrainian Intellias, Infopulse, and Eleks, working with clients such as Volvo and Comcast in advertising, medicine, fintech, automotive, and aviation.
