Exclusive. On October 22, the BRICS summit opens in Kazan, an interstate association that includes nine large non-Western states. Russia this year chairs the intergovernmental organization. Its main task is to create the illusion that Putin is not in international isolation, and Moscow remains one of the centers of power in the world.

And the prospects of a new balance are already visible here: SCO, BRICS, other regional unions, comprehensive development of relations with the countries of the Global South. After all, the alternative to such a balance of forces is a total war to the complete extermination of humanity," he said. And it is not clear why Riyadh, which is building mutually beneficial relations with the EU and the USA, is being helped by Russia in something.

Through the BRICS platform, Putin promotes his vision of ending the war against Ukraine, which has nothing to do with justice. Taking into account the toxic organizer, as well as the agenda of the decision of the leaders of other countries and international organizations, in particular the UN at the level of Secretary General Antonio Guterres, to come to Kazan does not contribute to the establishment of peace and only harms their reputation.

It was assumed that the parties will sign the agreement, which has been discussed in recent years and which should formalize the deepened partnership between Russia and Iran, in Kazan.
