Ukrainian military technology companies have developed a chatbot "Evacuation from water" that helps rescuers in the Kherson region

Specialists from the companies GRISELDA, a developer of software for defenders, and TEMB Military, which previously produced tokens for the military, engaged in development for the military, created a chatbot "Evacuation from water" at the request of volunteers. The bot is helping to save people in the Kherson region after the Russians blew up the Kakhovskaya HPP, the representatives of the developers said, writes dev.ua.

About the chatbot

The chatbot collects requests from the victims, adds labels, which of the rescuers accepted specific requests and the status of execution. The bot sorts requests using neural networks, operators finalize them and pass them on to rescuers.

In addition, in the bot you can transmit your coordinates safely in contrast to publications in Telegram chats, which may be available to collaborators and the Russian military. The information is not posted on open resources like Google Maps, so that people do not become targets for Russian fire.

In the first day, we received 500 requests, most of them have several people and animals per request.

For the victims

For those who need help, it is necessary:

• enter the chatbot;
• press "Start";
• press "Evacuation required";
• using the instructions given in the bot, create a correct application;
• send a request and wait for a response from rescuers.

For volunteers

For rescuers and volunteers, it is necessary to contact through the Telegram account using the Telegram account @temb_support to receive additional information and coordination of further actions.

For further communication, it is necessary to choose a convenient way of receiving requests, it can be:

• chat in Signal, where the actions of all volunteers are coordinated;
• work in a special system where the volunteer's manager updates statuses upon request;
• direct communication with the organizers.
