The Ukrainian armored car Inguar-3 has already passed combat tests and received the first orders. Artem Yushchuk, CEO and co-founder of Inguar Defense, told Ukrinform about this in a comment, writes dev.ua.

"... the car passed about 10 km of rigorous tests. In particular, combat tests with the fighters of the Azov brigade in the Serebryan forest, now in the Sumy direction," said Artem.

The company received the first state orders from two structures and will transfer them to the front within six months.

"The first machines will appear at the front already in the second quarter of 2025," the manufacturer's representative said.

On the verge of survival
Currently, the orders received by Inguar Defense do not cover its production capacity, so the company is in dire need of additional orders. "We are able to produce much more. If we do not receive contracts at least once every two months, we simply will not survive as a company," Yuschuk noted.

The armored car is assembled in Ukraine "from scratch", no "civilian" chassis is used for the armored car, and the production process of this Ukrainian manufacturer is more complicated than that of most other manufacturers. This entails many times higher localization and a greater number of jobs for Ukrainians.

In March 2024, the dev.ua editorial office reported that Inguar-3 had passed factory tests.
