Ukrainian Flyer One Ventures exits American startup Greenscreens.ai, sold for $160 million

The amount of the deal with Triumph Financial is $160 million, of which $140 million is cash and another $20 million is in company shares.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
According to Vitaliy Laptenok, managing partner of Flyer One Ventures, Flyer One Ventures invested in the startup in February 2022. Later, the startup raised funds from several more investors, and in November 2022, it closed a $5 million Series A round.
The amount of Flyer One Ventures' investment was not disclosed.
"In general, we have checks starting at $100, we take up to 000% of the company. Usually, these are rounds with values up to $10 million," Laptenok notes.
Vitaly Laptenok believes that the startup's success was influenced by the speed of customer connection. "Typical logistics software takes months to install, but they reduced it to three to five days. This accelerated scaling," adds Laptenok.
