The Ukrainian startup Allset was acquired by the American AI company SoundHound AI
13.07.2024 0 By Writer.NSSoundHound plans to focus on voice food ordering, and the acquisition of Allset will bring the American company additional connections with restaurants, engineering skills and know-how in the market, writes inventure.com.ua.

"This includes plans to facilitate voice ordering of food and drinks in millions of cars, TVs and smart devices," Soundhound said.
Allset's restaurant partners and new entrants will now have access to a suite of AI voice products to improve operations and reduce costs, the company said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
It is noted that 20 Allset specialists, including the funders, will join SoundHound AI. Stas Matvienko will assume the position of Vice President for Voice AI Monetization.
"Our team is faced with the task of creating a new type of trading platform focused on voice commerce and its monetization," Matvienko said.
Allset is an American startup that allows you to reserve tables in restaurants and order food in takeaways. It was founded in 2015 by Ukrainians Stas Matvienko (CEO) and Hanna Polishchuk (CPO). The Ukrainians settled in Los Angeles, and the development team remained in Kyiv.
